1. IT BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION
Meet with us, The Tirino Team, Cate and Phil Tirino, for a “pre-listing experience” to discuss your plans and goals. We offer concierge, boutique style real estate services. We will review with you the current market conditions, take a tour of your property and give you the opportunity for you to tell us about your home while we get to know each other better. The Tirino Team will analyze comparable property sales, review properties currently on the market and work with you to determine a price strategy and how we will plan to achieve the best result for you as a seller.
2. PREP FOR MARKET
We will review, explain and prepare a listing agreement with you. We will provide staging advice to prepare for our photoshoot of your home so it presents well. Our buyer-focused approach dictates everything from our staging & styling, content development, targeted marketing, photography and marketing materials. We will then schedule a day to take professional photographs and aerial shots to assist in marketing your home. We will send out direct mail postcards and create a property website to provide an online marketing presence which includes Social Media apps such as Facebook and Instagram.
Once everything is in place we will advertise your property on multiple real estate websites to give it maximum exposure. This includes REALTOR® MLS Service, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, and RE/MAX Global Network. We will inform our sphere of influence and personally call surrounding residents to let them know your property is for sale.
3. CONTRACT TO CLOSE
The Tirino Team will personally guide you from start to finish by answering all your questions, personally coordinate all showings of your home, personally update you on activity and feedback, personally present you with all offers and together decide how to respond to the buyer in one of several ways; by accepting the offer, rejecting the offer, or make a counter offer, personally manage all contracts, personally coordinate with the title company, and personally be with you at closing.
